SNOW PATROL

Yep. It was about time to put some more new music in my favorite music library. I got a new band from Ireland Snow Patrol, currently my favorite playlist in my mp3player. They play cool, smooth chilly rock featuring a dynamic fusion of several alternative stylistic touchstones. They formed up and made a big succes in the U.K. They just released their 4th album called Eyes open. And A new video for their new hit singel “You’re All I Have” is playing already on all MTV stations. The new album has 11 smooth songs. I found “Shut Your Eyes, It’s Beginning To Get To Me, Chasing Cars, Open Your Eyes and You’re All I Have” for my favorite songs on the new album. I first discover them, when I saw their video “Final Straw” which was played like 2 years ago on all music channels. So, Snow Patrol should be a good choise for upcoming summer music in your radio.

ZEBDA

Second thing I found interesting is a french band with a french lyrics. The band is called ZEBDA, and I absolute don’t know what the hell that means. But they are quite a big fan of Asian Dub Fundation. They’re playing one cover song from legendary punk band CLASH together with ADF. If anyone one can check I recommend you to listen “Police on my back”. But besides that, they have a good and interesting music, with a lot of happy reggae melodies and some etno elemenths. They Released 5 LP’s. I found the “UTOPIE D’OCCASE” and “ESSENCE ORDINAIRE” for the best ones. Anywayz.. another good choise for upcoming summer music in your radio playlist.

Well, I won’t say anything, mybe is just me. But Lately, as I was browsing the web, I guess I was visiting Siddharta’s page, and I found their logo very interesting. I mean comparing to the old one they used to have, these one is way much better. Before that they had the ugliest logo I ever seen, something to do with two “S” letters. I mean:”what da hell?” Ok but this is not importing right now! So let’s go back on the logo they have it right now.
I couldn’t get by not to think of Star Wars Rebel Alliance logo. I mean, this really looks very familiar to rebel alliance logo. I don’t know why, but when I saw Siddharta’s new logo, First thing which accros my mind was that logo. So, is this coincidence? Mybe so.. But, it’s really funny to me.
C’mon? Logo’s are really similar, can’t you see?. I will not say they copied it from Star Wars, but logos ARE similar, no doubt!! Aren’t they?

Ok, AS you can see, I finally update my Wallpaper page, which you can se the link above (In my Pages section). So for now on, I find this creative and I hope I’ll find some more free time spending on working on anorther wallpapers made by my digital photo (if I’ll fix it eventually). Anywayz, this blog was quite calm and “quiet” for some time, but not to worry, I’m back. The wheater is warmer, and new adventures are on the way!
