Movie mistakes

since I got some complaining about posting content only about punk rock music, here is something new!

I’m pretty sure this 2 min footage video has been updated on net several years ago..but me as dumb I am, I haven’t seen it yet, but it gives me laugh everytime I watch it. I guess you all have already seen it milion times, but still give another look at it.
So here are some movie mistakes from first star wars movie: a new hope. While watching the video, pay attention on last one, when the storm trooper bash his head.. Bwahahahaha, I laugh I cry every time.

We Burn the Summer down…

“..We burned the summer down, there’s dust when we’re around,

it’s done this afternoon we came right back from moon”

That’s the melody which stucked in my head since yesterday evening while I was watching the Live footage from German Alternative rock band Beatsteaks. They became the first German band ever to get a release on Epitaph Records. In April 2007 they released their 5th album entitled Limbo Messiah. What is so special about them is that they are making their unique songs with this rough rock garage guitar sound which doesn’t have anything in common with today’s punk rock scene. Eventhough I’ve seen their show twice or wait a minute.. three times, with the new album they just became better. So to cut the crap, I’ll just make it short: Although all their singles are forgoten in my “personal” media library but in the beginning of the next summer, this song is gonna be my anthem in my stereo:

When 20 summers past…

I remember several years ago me and my firends went to some italian city close to our border to catch the Shelter show. And there i saw Ray Cappo, the man with his lifestyle. It was raining just like today on the august day. I clearly remember how he sold me one of those hare krihsna necklaces which I still have it and keepin’ it safe in my drawer. Ray Cappo was the former singer of magnificent influential hard core band Youth of Today which unreavell the NYC hard core scene to the rest of the world. Ray Cappo was also co-owner of the most important hard core label Revelation records which realesed some of the legendary bands as Sick of It All, Gorilla Biscuits and many more..
Now he’s living a peacefull life wiht his wife in California where he’s running his Yoga Studio and last year 2006 he released another record with his badn Shelter entitled Eternal on Good Life Recordings. What is special about him is that he completely change his lifestyle to another and join the Hare – Khrisna community. And when he came back from his spritual journey in India the result was the following: Shelter – one of my favorite band.
